Terms and Conditions
By using our website and making online or in person purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.
 • All packages (monthly memberships, class cards, drop-ins) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Packages are good at Yoga Tree Canada studios only.
• Workshop deposits and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds cannot be processed online, please contact the studio directly.
• All Class Card packages have a one-year expiry date (from date of activation). Unless stated otherwise. 
• Unlimited monthly passes expire according to the type of pass and the date of purchase.
• 5 and 10 class cards; are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Holds only for the regular unlimited monthly membership.

Workshop Registration: Online or in-person registration prior to the start date is required.  If you are unable to attend a workshop and require to cancel your reservation in the workshop, we can offer you a refund minus a processing fee if you notify the studio at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.  No refunds or credit will be issued for absence from the workshop. Cash Refunds will not be issued.

Payment for Products or Services:
All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.


No Loitering:
In order to maintain a comfortable environment, safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees, Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc. prohibits individuals and/or groups of individuals loitering, i.e. to linger idly or aimlessly, or linger on the studio premises.

Terms & Conditions Changes:
Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc. also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
