To register or purchase from the Yoga Therapy Toronto online store and/or booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration are correct and complete.

Waiver Form Terms and Condition
All services purchased from Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc. must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completed a studio waiver form that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All participants must complete a waiver form prior to attending classes at Yoga Therapy Toronto. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form or over phone confirmation, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc, and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc, its owners, directors, managers and all employees from all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by post-dated cheques on the dates predetermined in the services contract.

No Loitering
In order to maintain a comfortable environment, safety and well-being of our customers and employees, Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc. prohibits individuals and/or groups of individuals loitering, i.e. to linger idly or aimlessly, or linger on the studio premises.

Terms and Conditions of Use
If you access and use www.yogatherapytoronto.com , you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the following Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, refrain from using www.yogatherapytoronto.com.

Internet E-Mail
Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.

Payment for Products or Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollar at the time of payment. Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Return/Refund Policy
Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc class packages and gift cards sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Workshop Registration
Online or in-person registration prior to the start date is required. If you are unable to attend a workshop and require to cancel your reservation in the workshop, we can offer you a refund minus a  processing fee if you notify the studio at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.  No refunds or credit will be issued for absence from the workshop. Cash Refunds will not be issued.

Private Class Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24 hours notice must be given to the studio and schedule coordinator via email for any cancellation or changes required for private classes.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc, a cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of one private class will be charged immediately to the client’s account. This cancellation fee is due immediately prior to scheduling any makeup dates for cancelled classes.

Use of Your information
Yoga Therapy Toronto Inc. respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All personal information you share with us is 100% private and will not be shared.
